Booking Policies

1: Name on the Booking
All sessions must be booked in the name of the person who will be receiving treatment. Booking for a friend or family member as a surprise? Please book the session in their name, but you may substitute your phone number and email. You will need to ensure that the intake is filled out 24 hours before the session. Please include in the booking notes that this session is a gift.

2: New Client Forms
New clients will receive an intake form via email after booking. This intake form must be completed in full 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete the form in time may result in appointment cancellation.

3: Cancellations Cancelling your session with less than 24 hours of notice results in a $30 cancellation fee per treatment hour.

4: No Shows
In the event of a “no call no show” 100 percent of the session fee will be charged.

5: Late arrival If you arrive late for your session, you will receive the remainder of your time slot. If you know you will be running late, please contact us.

6: Visitors
In-volve Bodywork does not allow children, pets, spouses, or other persons to accompany you to your session, except in the case of a service animal, caregiver, or interpreter. If you are having a caretaker or interpreter accompany you, please contact us ahead of time so that extra seating can be made available.
