Hi, I’m Carissa. I’ve been in the field for over a decade, and I’m continually fascinated by new skills, techniques, and approaches to the body. I love being part of a client’s journey, sometimes for months or even years. While I enjoy working with all types of people, I have a particular passion for supporting women with menstrual concerns or those navigating autoimmune or chronic illnesses.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and cats, gardening, and experimenting as an amateur hot sauce maker.

Why “In-volve”?
The name In-volve comes from the belief that growth happens when we are fully engaged with ourselves, or “in”-volved. By reawakening our awareness and rooting back into the body, we honor and celebrate its natural ability to heal.
Why a Snail?
The snail’s spiral reminds us of the journey inward. Carrying its home wherever it goes, the snail symbolizes peace, safety, and self-care — the same qualities we hope to provide for you on your wellness journey.
