Booking Policies
1: Name on the Booking
All sessions must be booked in the name of the person receiving treatment. Booking for a friend or family member as a surprise? Please book the session in their name, but you may substitute your phone number and email. Be sure the intake form is completed 24 hours before the session. Please note in the booking comments that this session is a gift.
2: New Client Forms New clients will receive an intake form via email after booking. This form must be completed in full at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to complete it on time may result in cancellation.
3: Cancellations Cancelling your session with less than a 24 hour notice results in a $30 fee per treatment hour booked.
4: No Shows In the event of a “no call, no show,” 100% of the session fee will be charged.
5: Late arrival If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be responsible for the full fee.
6: Visitors In-volve Bodywork does not allow children, pets, spouses, or other persons to accompany you to your session, except in the case of a service animal, caregiver, or interpreter. If you are having a caretaker or interpreter accompany you, please contact us ahead of time so that extra seating can be made available.
7: Accepted Payment Methods Cards and cash are accepted. No checks, please. Payment is due at time of service.
